MotionBased now Mac Compatible

MotionBased, the web service to help you analyze your GPS based training data is now moving to a Mac compatible data upload system. The new system is in Beta, and allows a Mac user with the Safari browser to upload his or her data to the MotionBased service from their Forerunner or Edge GPS device. The Mac system has a few restricitons and won't allow you to run the Map Player, and the analyzer, but will allow you to run a lot of features. MotionBased says, "We hope to have complete Safari support this summer."

We reviewed MotionBased last summer before Garmin purchased them and liked the service - ReadMore. We really liked the service, and our only issue was that many non-Garmin devices were not supported. Since MotionBased is now owned by Garmin, it's no big deal and no surprise.
