Clarion NICE P200 Coming to US
Clarion is brining its GPS stocks to the US. The NICE P200 will be launched in the US later this year, with its GPS navigation and movie playback showing up in a store near you. The NICE P200 has an interesting feature set, despite what looks like a pretty beefy and heavy design. (Will this stay on the windshield?) The unit ships with a 20GB hard drive that has maps and 10GB reserved for a few movies or songs. The unit will also do a picture slideshow. I have to ask at this point, when will Apple fit a GPS navigation system into the iPods? Steve Jobs, can you please do this well and sync it with my iTunes?
Anyway, the NICE name stands for Navigation and In-Car Entertainment, and it comes set up to please. The $900 price may set you back a bit, but hey, nothing’s too much for that pimped out ride.
