New Nuvi 360 Update, Predictor of the Nuvi 660 capabilities?


There’s a new noteworthy update to the Garmin Nuvi 360 with the recent Beta software update, namely being able to read SMS text messages that were send to your Bluetooth connected phone. So, one would imagine that if this software update is stable, that the features would be rolled into the new Nuvi 660 GPS too. So, if you already have the Bluetooth phone, and maybe the data package for data downloads, it’s not too much of a stretch to start using the beautiful 3.5 inch Nuvi 360 screen or the 4.3 inch Nuvi 660 screen as an internet browser. If the Nuvi is billed as a traveler’s assistant, why not start moving it towards PDA type functions if you can?
