Garmin Courses – Forerunner 205/305 and Edge 205/305

Garmin Forerunner 205

One of the things that I think was most innovative in the Garmin Forerunner 205 /305 and Edge 205/305 product launches is the idea of working out on a course. Instead of just trying to hit an average time across a distance, you actually run versus a previous workout (yours or someone else’s), which then takes into account that you go slower on the uphills and faster on the downhills, etc. The Garmin Blog laid out some nice step by step instructions on how to use the Courses feature on the Forerunner 205/305 and the Edge 205/305 products.
