Pharos is launching a re-branded ETEN Glofiish X500 phones/GPS/PDA. The unit comes with the omnipresent SiRF star III chipset, as well as Bluetooth, WiFi, and EDGE technology in a svelte 0.6 inch thick phone chassis. The 2 megapixel camera and 2.8 inch screen, 400 megahertz processor, 128 MB of ROM and 64 MB RAM. A micro SD slot helps you add more memory. Should be available this quarter.
