Mio C620 and C620T

Mio3DScreenShot.jpg
Mio is set to announce the Mio C620 widescreen GPS unit at the upcoming IFA show in Berlin starting August 21st. The models will feature a new MioMap interface that includes an updated 3D capability that contains models of landmarks and other key features. See example of handheld screen shot here. We wrote about this new iGo software (the underlying software for Mio Map) back in March.

Much like the current Mio C520 the Mio C620 will have split screen capability, and will provide you with a lot of extra information utilizing the extra real estate of the widescreen.

The model will also come through as the Mio C620T, which will add a TMC traffic capability.

No word on when these will ship, but expect them before the holidays.
