Cyber Monday GPS Deals - Updated

Hope your Thanksgiving holiday went well and if you didn't find a GPS, there are still some good deals out there for GPS specials.

Net: For raw prices on a high quality deal, WalMart still has a nice offer on the TomTom XL 335 SE. For a nice selection on several deals at the $99 price point, check out Amazon.

WalMart

Still offering the TomTom XL 335 SE now in their "CyberWeek" sale. Check it out for $79. Read my Post on the TomTom XL 335 SE for more information and features.

Amazon

UPDATE: This is a hot one for only $89 as Amazon's second Deal of the Day: "Due to high demand the VIZIO LCD HDTV has sold out, but we have another great deal for you today....." -TomTom XXL 540M 5-Inch Widescreen (Lifetime Maps Edition) from Amazon:

I pulled several deals that looked good at or below the $99 price point. Looking at the GPS Best Sellers List at Amazon, it looks like people want Garmins, but are looking past a solid entry level product from one of their latest launches - the Nuvi 1300 for $99, instead opting for older models or smaller models for a slightly lower price. The newer layout is a good one, and is more intuitive. Check it out first if you want a $99 unit.

Threw in the Forerunner 305 at $129 as this is a good price for this standard in the GPS running monitors.

Garmin and TomTom Specific Deals directly from the makers

Garmin Deals on Accessories - here are a few of the highlights....

  • NuMaps Lifetime subscription - $69, down from $99 (great for Nuvi units that don't already have a lifetime map subscription)
  • BirdsEye Satellite Images - $24, down from $29 per year. Great for handheld owners (Dakota, Oregon and Colorado units) to show satellite images right on the units.
  • Topo 100K - great for handheld and fitness units. $69 down from $99.
  • HeartRate Monitor - $35 down from $60 - works with ANT+ spectrum on Garmin units, or with the iPhone using the Fisica Sensor Key.

TomTom iPhone App Deal

Mentioned this yesterday, but the TomTom iPhone App is on sale today; as little as $35 for the US Only version of the Application.

Other Deals to Consider

Staples

They already sold out two GPS deals - the TomTom XXL 540S for $79 (killer deal), and the Magellan RoadMate 3045 - $99. They still have a good solid Garmin deal that offers lifetime traffic and Bluetooth Handsfree.

Garmin Nuvi 265 WT - $119 - Widescreen, 4.3-inch unit plus lifetime free traffic subscription. This includes a Bluetooth Handsfree feature that adds some nice appeal for people who want to talk handsfree on their Bluetooth phone.

BestBuy

BestBuy is offering two Garmins online; the Nuvi 205 for $79 and the Nuvi 1300 for $99 - I would recommend the extra $20 for the Nuvi 1300. The newer design, wide screen and new features make this well worth the extra $20.

Garmin Nuvi 1300 - $99 - Widescreen, US Maps + PR (except AK), text to speech, and ecoRoute which gives you fuel saving routes to choose from.
